Constipation is a common digestive problem faced by people. Constipation occurs when food travels slowly through your digestive tract,leading to infrequent bowel movements and compacted stool. Constipation can make you feel overstuffed and uncomfortable. It may lead to mental stress. Faulty lifestyles and irregular eating habits are some prime causes of constipation. Drinking 8 to 10 glasses of water every day.

At some point of life, we all suffer from constipation. Constipation is not a serious illness but a symptom. It refers to bowel movements that make it difficult to pass stool. It is the case of painful defecation. There is no specific age when constipation can occur. It can happen for a child who is recently born too. Constipation usually occurs more in children.
